For 25 years, Ed was as an advertising copywriter in Silicon Valley, writing for Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, Intel 3M, Netflix and eBay. For the past 13 years he has been a Regional Manager for Parts & People’s Northern California edition and has been an Editorial Contributor for Autobody News since 2006. Ed has interviewed more than 1,000 automotive repair shops and related automotive product manufacturers over the years and writes numerous blogs, marketing pieces, website content, social media content and more for a wide range of small and medium-size businesses.
